Photos from Monica's Vintage Fair

Yesterday was Monica's Vintage Fair, it went well without any hiccups and me and Julia sold a decent amount considering the event was more catered to 40's style. I didn't buy anything which is a good thing for me and Mike was very proud when I told him, ha! It was very interesting seeing people's outfits, 40's curls and pretty dresses.
Here are some photos I took of the day, I didn't take many unfortunately. That's one thing I often do, I either take too many photos or not enough.
The following photo was taken on my mini Fuji Instax, I scanned the photo in and as you can see the quality of the scanning isn't very good.

This was our stall.

  1. Super cute stall <3 I'd love to have a look through all the things for sale.
Instead of scanning instax photos, I take digicam photos of them, the quality of the image turns out better.^^

  7. Hi. Just came across your blog via another one. Really love the stuff on it. Inspired by your bargin purchases and how cool you look in your stuff. I never go to charity shops mainly because in the past i've never found anything good in them and often they are more expensive than say primark is! I live in Lancaster so I don't know if it's just rubbish charity shops around here or i'm not shopping well enough. Do you think London has better charity shops? Do you use ebay a lot? I might start doing that. I will follow your blog now.
If you fancy checking mine out, feel free to do so. I only started getting into it recently! Ruby x

  10. Aw wow looks like a great event! I've been looking out for newer vintage fairs since the main ones are either really bad american stuff or horrendously overpriced. Hope you guys did really well! Are you doing any more in the future?
